Alpha Bridge Technologies Pvt Ltd Successfully Concluded Campus Hiring at GMRIT

Alpha Bridge Technologies Pvt Ltd recently completed a successful campus hiring program at GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT), focused on identifying talented and driven technical engineers. This recruitment initiative was a part of the company’s commitment to bringing fresh talent into the rapidly growing telecom and networking industry.
The hiring program began with an orientation session, where students were introduced to the company’s vision, work culture, and technological contributions. The team from Alpha Bridge Technologies gave an overview of their product portfolio, including networking switches, GPON solutions, and SFP modules, and shared insights into the future of digital infrastructure in India.
The first stage of the selection process was a written examination designed to test the general knowledge of the candidates. It covered topics such as current affairs, logical reasoning, and basic aptitude. This test was conducted to assess the candidates’ awareness, quick thinking, and problem-solving approach. Out of all the participants, only those who scored above 80% were shortlisted for the next stage.
The shortlisted candidates then proceeded to the technical interview round, which was conducted by Mr. Himanshu Kumar, a Senior Technical Engineer at Alpha Bridge Technologies. He evaluated the candidates based on their core engineering concepts, practical understanding of networking fundamentals, and their interest in telecom technologies. The interaction provided an opportunity for the candidates to showcase their technical abilities and enthusiasm for innovation.
After the technical interview, the final round was conducted through a video call (VC) to further assess each candidate’s communication skills, confidence, and overall suitability for the role. The VC round also allowed the panel to understand each candidate’s personality, mindset, and willingness to grow within the organization.
After a thorough evaluation process, three girl students were selected for full-time roles at Alpha Bridge Technologies. They were offered positions as Graduate Trainee Engineers, where they would begin their journey through a structured training and development program. These engineers were expected to contribute to the company’s product development, support, and R&D teams in the near future.
This hiring initiative not only helped the company discover talented individuals but also promoted gender diversity in technical roles. The selection of three bright female engineers was a proud moment for both the organization and the college.
Alpha Bridge Technologies expressed its gratitude to the faculty and placement team at GMRIT for their excellent support and smooth coordination throughout the process. Their efforts ensured that the drive was organized seamlessly and efficiently.
The company viewed this collaboration as the beginning of a long-term relationship with GMRIT. By continuing such campus engagement activities, Alpha Bridge Technologies reaffirmed its commitment to empowering young engineers and building a skilled workforce for India’s digital future.
