Technical Lead – Network Products & Solution Support ( L2)

Core Responsibility

This person will be the technical owner for AlphaBridge products, responsible for:

1. L2/L3 escalation support for customer issues.
2. Guiding internal support/presales engineers.
3. Preparing and reviewing HLD / LLD / BOQ / solution architecture.
4. Supporting POCs, demos, interoperability testing.
5. Handling technical discussions with customers like ISPs, TSPs, enterprises, government, SI partners.
6. Creating product documentation, troubleshooting guides, SOPs and knowledge base.
7. Coordinating with OEM/R&D/factory for bugs, firmware, feature requests and product improvements.
8. Training sales and support teams on products and use cases.
9. Supporting tender technical compliance and deviations.
10. Owning post-sales technical closure and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required

Look for someone with strong hands-on experience in:

• Layer 2 / Layer 3 switching
• VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QinQ
• Routing: Static, OSPF, BGP basics/preferred
• MPLS understanding — good to have
• GPON/FTTx architecture
• SFP/SFP+/QSFP optics knowledge
• Enterprise and ISP network design
• HLD/LLD preparation
• Troubleshooting packet-level/network-level issues
• CLI-based configuration
• NMS/SNMP/syslog basics
• POC execution and customer handling

Experience Level

Ideal profile:

• 8–12 years experience
• Background from ISP, telecom OEM, system integrator, networking product company, NOC/L3 support
• Should have handled customer-facing technical escalations
• Should be comfortable guiding junior engineers

Embedded Linux / OpenWrt Developer

Location : Gurgaon / Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

Experience : 3–8 Years

Role Summary : AlphaBridge is seeking an Embedded Linux / OpenWrt Developer to build and customize a next-generation networking operating system for switches, routers, wireless access points, and telecom products. The engineer will work closely with hardware, SDK, and product teams to develop carrier-grade networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Linux/OpenWrt-based networking operating systems.
• Integrate chipset SDKs (Realtek, MediaTek, Qualcomm, Broadcom, etc.).
• Develop and maintain network protocols, drivers, and management features.
• Customize Web GUI, CLI, SNMP, NETCONF, REST APIs, and cloud management functions.
• Perform kernel, bootloader, and firmware customization.
• Debug hardware/software integration issues.
• Support product validation, performance tuning, and security hardening.
• Collaborate with OEM/ODM partners for technology transfer and product development.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Embedded Linux and OpenWrt.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Shell Scripting, and Linux development tools.
• Experience with networking protocols: VLAN, STP/RSTP, LACP, QoS, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN.
• Experience with SDK integration and BSP customization.
• Familiarity with Git, Buildroot, Yocto, U-Boot, and Linux Kernel development.
• Strong debugging skills using serial console, JTAG, Wireshark, and network analyzers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any chipset like Realtek, MediaTek, Qualcomm, or Marvell switch/router chipsets.
• Knowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, LTE/5G CPE, GPON, or Telecom products.
• Experience with TR-069, SNMP, NETCONF/YANG, Open vSwitch, or SDN technologies.

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in IP/Datacom technologies with a focus on networking solutions
• Proven track record in Sales, Channel Sales or Pre-Sales, including customer handling, channel dynamics and partner enablement
• Technical background in enterprise sales support — ideally in a pre-sales or solution sales environment
• Hands-on experience with network equipment: switches, GPON, routers, and related networking hardware
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills — ability to engage stakeholders at technical, commercial, and decision-maker levels
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business goals
