Port aggregation and LACP dynamic aggregation

Hello Friends,

In this video I will show you the configuration for Port Aggregation on Alpha Bridge Switch (AS200/10/T) Commands I use in this video will work almost all switches.

Topic Covers in this video:

What is Port Aggregation?

Difference between Static and LACP Dynamic Aggregation Test?

Use of Static and LACP Dynamic Aggregation Test?

How to configure the port Aggregation based on both static and dynamic?

How to apply Port Aggregation to the Switch?

How to add ports to the group?

Working of LACP Dynamic Aggregation Test: After LACP is enabled on a port, LACP notifies the following information of the port to its peer by sending LACPDUs. Upon receiving the information, the peer compares the information with the information of other ports on the peer device to determine the ports that can be aggregated with the receiving port. In this way, the two parties can reach an agreement on adding/removing the port to/from a dynamic aggregation group.
